NOTE 2 :
The purchased car only an be hand over to Buyer's / Buyer’s Representative / Buyer’s Appointed Agent / Buyer’s Appointed Shipment Agent once the cash amount is cleared and hand – over from my appointed Bank to myself . Really apologize as I cannot hold the car longer as I’ve many GENUINE , CASH and SERIOUS buyers so I’ve to follow the rule of FIRST COME GET THE CAR . But the important thing is the Buyer's / Buyer’s Representative / Buyer’s Appointed Agent / Buyer’s Appointed Shipment Agent has to collect the purchased car from me as the Seller , NOT , me or my respresentative as the Seller send over the purchased car to the Buyer's / Buyer’s Representative / Buyer’s Appointed Agent / Buyer’s Appointed Shipment Agent . Any deviation either one or all the above will position automatically the Buying / Selling Arrangment to be cancelled and my self , my representative and our appointed representative as a Seller will automatically and immediately cancel any Buying Arrangement and we will not responsible and in – charge for any decline and rejection . Once the car is officially and documented hand – over and transferred to Buyer's / Buyer’s Representative / Buyer’s Appointed Agent / Buyer’s Appointed Shipment Agent , we as a Seller will reject and will not receive any returned and rejection of the transferred and received purchased car from the Buyer's / Buyer’s Representative / Buyer’s Appointed Agent / Buyer’s Appointed Shipment Agent . The responsibility and assignment of my self , my representative and our appointed representative as a Seller in caring and securing the purchased car will automatically and immediately ended once the purhased car documented and visually received and hand – in by the Buyer's / Buyer’s Representative / Buyer’s Appointed Agent / Buyer’s Appointed Shipment Agent .
